RohaFlow offers a free plan with core features at no cost. Since no payment is required, refunds do not apply to the free plan.
3. Paid Subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of purchase: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal.
- Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a proportional refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
