RohaFlow is a task and workflow management platform that provides tools including task lists, tree view canvases, focus mode, and related productivity features. The Service is available through free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RohaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
